Rochus Keller has
started to compose and play instruments when he was a child. Between
1975 and 1988 he received
a profound musical education in piano performance, improvisation and
composition with Melchior Ulrich,
Benno Ammann (who was his great-uncle
and also a known Swiss composer),
John Wolf Brennan and
Christoph
Stiefel. Since the age of fifteen Rochus is acting as a performing musician, composer and
producer of contemporary music, playing in different bands (e.g.
together with Carlo Gamma and
Beat Föllmi) and participating in many
recordings. In 1992 he additionally started to produce film music and
